Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing not including the shipping time from the carrier of your choice.  We offer domestic shipping via both USPS and UPS.  Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.

Shipping times are 3-5 business days for domestic US deliveries.  These are guidelines only.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

  • We are unable to offer exchanges on items, so please choose carefully.
  • We offer returns and replacements for defective, broken or missing items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Contact us by calling or emailing us at orders@zachspice.com for any issues regarding your order.
  • If a package is unclaimed or returned, it may be subject to a handling fee and shipping charges.
  • Customer is solely responsible for entering correct shipping address.
