Summer Sausage Seasoning (For 25# of Sausage)
Summer sausage is a traditional smoked sausage packed into a dark fibrous casing. Excellent for venison summer sausage. Spices include black pepper, mustard, nutmeg, and garlic. Sodium erythorbate (Mixed into the seasoning blend) and the packet of curing salt are included.
CONTAINS: Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Dehydrated Garlic, and Sodium Erythorbate (less than 1.5%).
